Terms of Service
mbgapp is a personal tool intended for use by its owner only. It is not offered as a service to the public, and nobody other than the owner is expected or invited to use it.
Provided as is
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Use is entirely at the user’s own risk.
Personal use
The tool is meant for copying the owner’s own files from the owner’s own Google Drive to the owner’s own computer. Any other use is outside its intended scope.
Responsibility for the Google account
The owner is responsible for their own Google account, for the credentials stored on their machine, and for complying with the Google Terms of Service and the Google Drive terms that apply to their account.
Changes
These terms may change. Any new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
